We ship worldwide
Yes — we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and everywhere else. All orders leave our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We regularly supply customers across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Caribbean, and we are glad to quote for anywhere we do not already ship.
You are the importer of record
On any shipment leaving Canada, the customer is the importer of record. Dibblee Industries Ltd. is not, and will not act as, the importer of record on your behalf.
This means the customs entry into the destination country is made in your name, and you are responsible for:
- import duty and any tariff or surtax applying to the goods;
- destination sales tax, VAT, GST or equivalent;
- customs brokerage and clearance fees;
- any storage, inspection or demurrage charges raised at the border;
- complying with any import licensing or documentation your country requires.
The prices shown on this site are for the goods only. None of the above is included, and none of it is collected at checkout. Charges raised by your broker or carrier on arrival are separate from the amount you paid us, are billed to you directly, and are not refundable by us.
Tariff rates have been changing frequently. Confirm the current position with your customs broker before you order. We will provide the commercial invoice, the HS code and the country of origin needed for your entry, and we are glad to answer questions about the goods — but we cannot quote your landed cost and we cannot clear goods in your name.
Refusing a shipment, or abandoning it at customs because of unexpected import charges, does not entitle you to a refund of duty, tax or freight already incurred.
Shipping within Canada
Domestic shipments carry no import charges. Canadian sales taxes are applied at checkout according to the destination province.
Lead times
In-stock items ship from Montreal, often the same day if ordered early enough. For sizes we source to order we will confirm the current lead time before you commit. Delivery dates given by us or by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk
As set out in our Terms of Service, risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
