We ship worldwide. Being in Canada means Canadian and US customers deal with a domestic supplier — no cross-border brokerage on the way to you, no currency surprise, and someone in your own time zone when something needs sorting out.
What to put in an enquiry
A quote comes back faster, and closer to right first time, when it includes the things we would otherwise have to write back and ask. Whatever you are enquiring about, always tell us:
- Quantity, and whether it is a one-off or a repeat requirement.
- Destination port or city — freight is a real part of the price on heavy goods.
- When you need it, and whether a part shipment now is useful.
- Any certification or specification your purchasing department requires.
Then, depending on what it is

| Bollards | The load, the bolt pattern or foundation you are fixing to, and whether it is quay-mounted or shipboard. We supply the fitting — the mooring analysis is your engineer's. |
| Anodes | Salt water or fresh water — it decides the alloy entirely. Plus the shaft diameter, or the old anode's part number if you have it, or a photograph of the one you removed. |
| Grinding media | Mill diameter, feed size and the product you are aiming for. We will recommend the size ladder rather than leave you to guess it. |
