The S-11G is independently tested for MRI safety and conforms to ASTM F2503, so it is the one to specify for imaging suites as well as hazardous areas.
A note on non-sparking tools
Aluminum bronze reduces the risk of a frictional or impact spark; it does not remove every ignition source, and it is not a substitute for gas freeing, ventilation or a permit system. Bronze is softer than steel — it wears faster and can pick up embedded steel particles that will spark, so these tools need cleaning and inspection in service. The hazardous-area assessment is your safety case.
