For heat transfer only — not suitable for lifting. Kiln chain
hangs in a kiln as a heat exchanger and as a scraper. It is not rated for load,
it carries no working load limit, and it must never be used for lifting or
rigging. The catalogue page says so on every family and so do we.

Spiral hanger — K-4036
A curved, perforated strap in heat treated steel. The
catalogue shows it as a photograph with no dimension table, so dimensions are
confirmed at quotation rather than listed here.
Installation
The chain hangs on a shackle, the
shackle sits over the hanger, and a pin through both is locked with a plate.
